Role

The role of the Libraries is to assist young children to acquire the skills to begin formal education. We will respond to the needs of all individuals pursuing interests that require information and knowledge. Further, we will provide popular material for the recreational and leisure needs of all ages and serve as the community's primary resource for local information. With specific limitations and careful coordination, we will supplement and complement the collections and services of the formal education institutions.

Vision

We envision a community in which learning and reading are revered by all and to be educated is considered a virtue. Our vision includes free and open access for all citizens to uncensored information and records of cultural progress.
