The Hub City Writer's Project South Carolina Center for the Book is a joint effort of the South Carolina State Library and the USC College of Library and Information Science.  Their SC Literary Map lists over 500 writers of fiction, non-fiction, children's books, history, and drama related to the state of SC.  There are links to many other SC literary and author sites and resources for writers.
