Builds positive relations and respect among the citizens of the city. The Community Relations Office helps to develop neighborhoods through city staff and other resources. The ACOG provides technical support and consulting services to citizens, businesses, and local governments in the six counties and their forty-three municipalities in the SC Upstate.
