The Lone Derangers in Concert! The Landrum Friends of the Library present a performance by The Lone Derangers in the Petty Community Room. There will be a short meeting of the Friends before the music begins. The Lone Derangers; eclectic repertoire embraces american and folk/rock and they have been known to risk performing Jimi Hendrix tunes on the banjo! Landrum Library
Keith Spencer's western imagery Artist Keith Spencer has 17 oil paintings of western imagery on display. Many of the paintings were inspired by an event in South Dakota known as Artist Ride. Since Spencer began painting full time in 2000, he has become well known for his colorful and expressive South Carolina landscapes. The western works are on disiplay in the Petty Community Room. Cowpens Library
Pottery by Eugene The pottery of Winton and Rosa Eugene is on display at the Cowpens Library through Saturday, Novc. 18..The Eugenes, well-known potters from Cowpens, have been featured in Southern Living magazine. The exhibit consists of 25 functional pieces, some of which will later be exhibited at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans.
